It was 2015. I had already built my own e-commerce system, a small administration for websites, and various micro tools for everyday work. At the time, I wanted to build a central reservation system — a marketplace and comparison service for bookings. Someone arriving in a city could search, for example, for bowling and immediately see businesses where they could reserve a slot in one system.

Amiatex took priority, so this idea moved to the background for a while. It did not disappear, though — it gradually matured as more tools entered the work I was doing every day.

Slack, Trello, Toggl, iDoklad, and many other services each do their job well on their own. But connecting them is often difficult, and every new need can mean another subscription, another account, and another place where important data lives.

With the rise of AI, it made even more sense to build one central SaaS for small businesses and teams. A system that can gradually cover everyday operations in one place and grow according to what clients actually need.

What matters most to me is the connection between the parts. They should not merely sit next to each other, but work with the same data and pass context between themselves. An AI assistant can then become a natural part of the whole and help a business work much more effectively than with today’s fragmented toolset.
