The Nette ecosystem in practice

Experience
Nette was an important part of my professional development: from early projects with Dibi and Tracy, through client applications, to daily development work at Sportisimo.
Before working more extensively with Nette, I used Dibi and Tracy in my own projects. I then gradually encountered client applications built on Nette and learned its approach through practice.
The key experience came at Sportisimo, where Nette formed the foundation of my daily work. For new PHP projects today, I prefer Symfony, mainly because of its larger international community and broader ecosystem possibilities.

How my preference evolved
Nette gave me important practical experience with PHP application development and its tools. When choosing a framework today, I start with the project and team needs; for new projects, I lean toward Symfony.
This is not a rejection of Nette — it is a deliberate preference for new projects where I can benefit from Symfony’s broader international ecosystem.
